Before shipping, obtain written acceptance from the repairer and agree packing and insurance. Remove reels, protect the heads and moving assemblies, secure removable components and use a properly cushioned rigid case or box. For international movements, check customs and temporary-export obligations. The microsite does not itself sell or ship repairs.
